This was my first experience with James. I am happy to say that not only did he dismiss a 6 point driving violation, but he did that within the hardest borough (Staten Island). Everything was transparent and the communication was great. I was informed that my ticket was dismissed, shortly after the scheduled hearing time. I would definitely recommend retaining James Medows to handle your traffic violations, as he truly works in your best interest and is amazing at what he does!

James is a no-nonsense lawyer, a powerhouse attorney. He was able to get both of my tickets dismissed: one for failure to comply with a lawful order and the other for the tints on my car. My experience with James was great ! He was not only responsive but honest and very informative. My particular case didn’t require a lawyer and he told me just that. I hired James to handle a number of NYC TVB traffic tickets for me. While he was not able to beat all of them, I know that he tried his best to fight them considering that he was up against the NYC TVB system, which doesn't allow any plea bargaining. Both James & his office communicated very well throughout the entire process & were very quick to respond to any concerns or questions that I had. James took great care of everything from the moment I sent him my summons. He filed the non guilty plea, went to the court for me, achieved a non guilty decision, and texted me the results right after the judge's decision!

Great service! Extremely responsive! Talked me through tickets and calmed me. Patiently explained when and how points get added (violation date versus verdict date). Very transparent about possible outcomes nevertheless he delivered a not guilty verdict today. Also suggested taking point reduction class (which was easy) and sound advice. Highly recommend James for any driving violations!
